In our May Twilight Session, innovation strategist Raul Sarrot shared his explorations on a new game-changing model for human-centred design. Raul gave first-hand insights into 'Flow', his new approach to business design and systems innovation answering questions such as 'What is Flow?', 'What does it mean for the evolution of existing ways of working?' and 'Why does it improve innovation outcomes for organisations?'.
