What's a Twilight Session?

Assurity Twilight Sessions introduce audiences to local and international speakers with new ideas to solve today’s organisational challenges. Together, we can bring New Zealand’s future forward.

THE PLAN

  • Our Twilight Sessions are open to all. First come, first served*
  • Register now to guarantee your spot
  • ‘Doors’ usually open for drinks and canapés from 5pm but check time of next Session below
  • Presentations usually start at 5.30pm prompt and are about 50-60 mins + 20 mins Q&A but check time of next Session below
  • Continue debating, networking and drinking until doors close at 7.30pm (check time below)

* When all places are gone, we operate a wait list. If you are a registered guest and can’t come for any reason, simply reply to your confirmation email and we can free your place up for someone on the wait list.

In our August Twilight Session in Auckland, ex-VP HR for Amazon Worldwide Ops John Olsen focused on how to make HR a platform for change to build an organisation that can deliver a brighter future. He explored how to make that happen and what you need to think about.

RAUL SARROT EXPLORED WHAT’S NEXT FOR AGILE AND DESIGN THINKING

In our May Twilight Session, innovation strategist Raul Sarrot shared his explorations on a new game-changing model for human-centred design.
Raul gave first-hand insights into 'Flow', his new approach to business design and systems innovation answering questions such as 'What is Flow?', 'What does it mean for the evolution of existing ways of working?' and 'Why does it improve innovation outcomes for organisations?'.

Up to 100 people attended this popular Session to discover how Flow could help their organisations.

They left the Session understanding the intersection of the two disciplines with practical advice and tips they could immediately experiment with.
